This is it.  After three years online without a Blog or other form of communicating with the world, I’ve created and linked this blog to my site.

The main site is home to all things about Kimchi and Korean cuisine, travel, and culture in general.   Since I began the site three years ago (July ‘06),   I’ve added sections ranging from recipes to the latest and best sale deals on books and asian culinary products.  When I first created the site, it was my intent to create a discussion board on recipes and general correspondence from Korean food enthusiasts.

I had no idea it would grow into what it is now – a site with over a thousand hits a week and visitors from all over the world.

Feel free to peruse the pages of the LoveThatKimchi Blog or home page.  Take what you need and feel free to contact me with any suggestions or contributions with articles, links, and recipes.  

What began as just a two page site has grown into many categories and pages to include articles, product reviews, cooksbooks for sale, kitchenware and appliance, and video media on how to prepare specific Korean dishes.

According to my server stats, the site has received hits from dozens of countries.  Many of the visitors are familiar with Korea’s national side dish – Kimchi, while others are interested for the first time.

Along the way I’ve made friends with many amateur cooks like myself and experts alike.  This past Feb. ‘09 I learned about Granny Choe’s Kimchi Co which delivers fresh Kimchi to your door and recently affiliated with various reputable vendors whom I’ve purchased from.

Today, www.LoveThatKimchi.com, is a time consuming project but a personal source of great satisfaction from publishing and sharing information on one of the most nutritious food sources in the world.
